Your loss matters.

Grief and caregiver support for getting through the hard days - and having more good ones.

Sometimes grief is obvious. Sometimes it isn’t.

Someone you love may have died.

Or maybe an accident, illness, or diagnosis changed everything.

Maybe the person you love is still here, but the life you knew together isn’t.

Maybe you became their caretaker, and while everyone keeps asking how they’re doing, no one seems to be asking how you’re doing.

That’s grief, too.

And if you’re feeling lost, angry, overwhelmed, exhausted, resentful, guilty - or wondering how the heck you’re supposed to live with everything that’s changed - I’m sorry you’re going through this. And I’m glad you found your way here.

"Grief Relief: 5 unexpected things to try when grief hits hard."

Hi. I’m Beth.

I know this territory well, personally and professionally.

I’d already spent years supporting people through some of the hardest times in their lives when my partner Michael broke his neck in a mountain biking accident and became quadriplegic.

Overnight, I became his caregiver. I also found myself grieving a life, a relationship, and a future that no longer existed in the way I’d known them.

That experience changed how I understand grief and the way I support people through it.

I know grief doesn’t follow a tidy path. I also know it isn’t something you fix or finish. Grief is something you learn to live with - without letting it be the only thing you’re living.

You don’t have to do grief alone.

There’s no one right way to grieve. And there’s no one way I work with it, either.

Whether we work together one-on-one, in a group, or you start with something on your own, you’ll find support that’s human, creative and grounded in real life.
